OOHH YEEEEE , Love Trio showed the way, girls and boys were moving in all the right directions , felt real good. Kenny was not here , on tour with Bill Frisell, he'll be back next Saturday . Tonite Aaron Johnston played instead with me and Jesse Murphy as Love Trio. The language is set , the melodies of the nite are set , the harmonies are kinda set and the mood we all set . That's kinda the Love Trio theme , besides " Just trying to spread some more love " . Which is the title of our first album that has never ever been released because of some strange contractual dealings that is finally finished , so this early album is coming end of May . I will keep you guys noticed !!!
But yee, It's a good one. Like tonite's show/// We rocked out and Muzak Rio guitar man was in town and sat in with us , so did Juini Booth. Bebel Gilberto was hanging out digging the vibes and hanging out with Leandra Leal who portrayed Bebel in the movie about early rising star/legend Cazuza. First time meeting ....
Before this I went to some friends in Brooklyn , where we grilled some Arctic Char, was pretty amazing...
